Corruption in the statistics of modern Russia

Abstract

As is known, corruption bears ambiguous nature. In its concept traditionally is included the bribery as trade in imperious authorities. At present in criminal-lawful corruption, besides the bribery, were included other korruptsionnye crimes, after enlarging them to the crimes of the korruptsionnoy directivity. This variety in understanding of corruption is reflected in the official statistics. Contributor shows essential differences in the accounts about the corruption on the different federal departments. This position with the inevitability draws difficulties in the estimation of the real state of corruption.
